Marine Winch specifications
Our online Winch Selector Guide helps to ensure you pick the best Atlantic marine winch for you. In it, you will see which is most suitable depending on whether it is needed to pull a load, or lift an anchor. It will also advise you of a type depending on your vessel size. Our marine winches are available in five models, with each model including:
- machine-cut gears
- hardened steel bushes
- rust resistant Dacromet™ finish
Each model is also available with the option of Atlantic rope, webbing strap or cable. When it comes to deciding which model, it depends on the size of your vessel. Each model has varying capacities, including:
- 550kg (1200lb) with 3:1 gear ratio
- 725kg (1600lb) with 5:1 gear ratio
- 775kg (1700lb) with a 5:1/1:1 gear ratio
- 1135kg (2500lb) with a 10:1/5:1/1:1 gear ratio
- 1500kg (3300lb) with a 15:1/5:1/1:1 gear ratio
